We’re increasingly seeing unhelpful comments on social media, directed at fellow independent businesses, advising people not to purchase their products in case they catch coronavirus from the packaging / delivery materials.
The reality is that independent businesses, like us, need online customers more than ever right now, so we’re all putting measures in place to help guarantee everyone’s health and safety.
After all, when all this is over - and it will be - we’ll all still need to rely on those independent businesses. So, it’s in everyone’s best interests that they survive.
We can therefore assure you that we are taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers. That is undoubtedly our number one priority:
- All our products were manufactured, sealed and boxed here in the UK before the coronavirus pandemic reached our shores.
- All our staff are being closely monitored and are working in isolation, per the government's guidelines.
- When packing customer orders our staff are wearing face masks and disposable sterile gloves.
