Where is my order?

Tracking the progress and whereabouts of your order is easy.


If you’ve created a MESOA account, simply log in to it and click the MY ORDERS tab; from there, you’ll be able to track all your orders.


If you haven’t created a MESOA account, we’ll send you an email with the tracking code instead.


P.S. We are not able to replace or refund postage on orders where the delivery address has been incorrectly entered.

 

How long do MESOA products last once opened?

Please see individual product packaging.

They’re so good, however, you’ll end up using them a lot quicker than that, anyway.

 

How should MESOA products be stored?

Our products come in specially designed  packaging to protect them from the light so they can take pride of place on your bathroom shelf. 

 

Where are MESOA products manufactured?

Our product ingredients are sourced from around the world but produced in Cambridge, England.

 

Do MESOA products contain nuts?

Please be aware that our all our products may contain nuts or traces of nuts. As a result, we can’t guarantee that individuals who suffer from allergies won’t react to our products.

 

Are MESOA products vegan friendly?

Please check the product properties on individual product pages. Wherever possible we strive to make our products vegan friendly.

 

What does MESOA's new product development look like?

We're planning on releasing two new ranges in the New Year.

How do I make a return? 

Please note, we only accept returns on faulty and damaged goods. If you sadly receive an item where this is the case, we're always happy to send a replacement out to you free of charge. However if you would like a refund, it couldn't be simpler!
