Your refund total DOES NOT INCLUDE your initial shipping or return postage costs.
Please be aware that, if your package is not sent back to us using a recorded / trackable method, then we are not liable should it go missing – and cannot issue a refund as a result.
We are not able to replace or refund postage on orders where the delivery address has been incorrectly entered by the individual that placed it.
In the rare instance of a mistake on our behalf (if the wrong item / items have been shipped, for example), we will refund both your initial shipping and return postage costs. Should this be the case, please get in contact with us immediately.
Once your return has been received, please allow 3 to 5 working days for it to be processed, as well additional time for your bank to process and issue the refund (usually 3 to 5 working days).
